I Am Your Autopilot - might be from Manchester, but somehow their vibe is of internationalism. Ben Evans, who is the singer and songwriter in IAYA was the originator of a couple of classic Amplifier songs "Where The River Goes" on Echo Street and "Spaceman" from Sunriders.  Drummer Matt used to be in a long lost Mancunian band fro the 90's with Ben called Italian Love Party.  They used to hangout with Roger Taylor from Queen and Peter Hook from Joy Division etc

This Album is a lost classic from 2008, but whose values are never more timely.
